The Penang Symphony Society proudly presents a violin recital by Zhao Tian, prodigy of world renowned violinist Qian Zhao this Sunday at Komtar Auditorium A.
Zhao Tian is a scholarship holder of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of music in Singapore. He had given recitals in Chengdu, Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing and has also appeared as a soloist with Sichuan Philharmonic Orchestra, Guang Zhou Symphony Orchestra and Chongqing Philharmonic. In 2008, he won the second prize in the Canetti International Violin Competition in France and most recently performed in the Texas Music Festival held in the USA.
