Mrs Noble Northern Region contest will be held on the 7th of March 2015 in Ixora Hotel with course dinner served. This contest is organized by Dazzle Concepts which specialized in modeling, grooming, production and talent coordination, sponsored by the Penang State Tourism. Registrations start as early as last year with RM200 per person and the dateline for registration is on the 12th of January 2015.
