The Tropical Spice Garden is holding an Open Day on Saturday 19th. There are free 30 to 60 minute cooking demonstrations offering lessons in everything from Thai curry to pastries running from 10.00am until 4.00pm, three free guided tours of the gardens and a host of other activities to join.
