Swez Brasserie, located in Eastin Hotel, Penang is having the Texas Grill Promotion for the whole month of June 2012. There is a vast array of grill dishes.

According to junior sous chef Kelvin Cheong, the dishes are cooked with a pleasant flavor of herbs and spices. Soup include the hearty warm Texas wild potato soup, prepared with USA imported potatoes and herbs with a delectable creaminess.

The Texas broccoli and turkey sliced salad has blanched broccoli, carrot cubes and fresh seedless grapes in desiccated coconut flakes and mayonnaise dressing. Garnishing includes crispy turkey bacon and almond flakes. Another appetizer offering is the grilled shrimp and strawberry salad.

Texas BBQ grilled skewer is done with three varieties of meats. The chunks of grilled chicken, lamb and seafood (shrimp, mussels & squids) with lightly dose of char made great nibbles. Another dish worth checking out is the grilled chicken with honey mustard glaze. The chicken drumstick meat is done with moist juicy texture and riot of flavors.

A popular finger food is the grilled beef with tortilla. Cut rolls with fillings of grilled beef, onions, green and red peppers, come with crisp nachos and salsa dressing.

Desserts choices are aplenty, including the chef’s recommendation items - American cheese cake and the spectacularly rich Texas brownie.

Diners can look forward to the promotion priced at RM48++ (adult) and RM24++ (child), available for lunch from 12.00 noon till 2.30pm (Monday till Friday) and also Hi-Tea from 12.00 noon till 3pm (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays). If you go on normal weekend, the buffet is priced at RM55++ (adult) and RM28++ (child).

Swez Brasserie offers a special discount of 15% for all Maybankard & Visa card members for the Texas Grill Semi Buffet Dinner (Monday to Thursday) and Weekend Buffet Dinner (Friday to Sunday) from 6.30pm – 10.00pm.
